Rob & Rosie have worked in the luxury travel for a combined 25 seasons all over the Alps & Europe. They run Chalet Artemis passionately offering a personal and dedicated service. They are on hand from the moment you book and throughout your stay to ensure a seamless experience.
Rob was Executive Chef at Scott Dunn for 10 years. As part of the overseas operations team, he was responsible for training and mentoring the team of chefs.
When not in the Alps, Rob & Rosie are private chefs in Mallorca.
Rob is passionate about great service, exceptional food, unique wines & powder skiing. Everything you need for a great ski trip!
After gaining a Cordon Bleu Diploma, Rosie worked across Europe from yachts in Monaco & luxury chalets in the Alps to Michelin starred restaurants in London and Copenhagen including Noma.
